SD Podcast: Episode 8 Highlights

It’s been far too long, but for you today, we have our 1-year anniversary podcast highlight videos. This one was a little tougher because for the most part we kept it together pretty well, with the occasional jokes here and there, of course.

Only problem was that none of the jokes lasted long enough or made us laugh long enough to pull a highlight out. But you get what you get, and we’ve got some pretty good content to cover. From Anthony speaking his dirty mind, to Carter raging over Halo 4, and back to a familiar sequence where Chris continues to remain oblivious to Anthony’s death stare. We’ve got 9 videos for your viewing pleasure, folks. Enjoy!

Happy one year anniversary to GTA Gamers! And to kick off the celebrations, we recorded a special one year podcast this past weekend, bringing the gang back together for the first time since August.

We discuss what we’ve been up to for the past few months while we’ve been away from the podcast, before delving into general discussion on Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem, Pokemon X and Y, video game leaderboards, our funniest memories from the world of gaming, as well as the announcement of our latest project, the live-action creepypasta film “Perish Song”.

This podcast is jam-packed with tons of content, making it one of our best recorded in a long time.

No Podcast in September

Sadly, there was no recording of the Stardust Drive Podcast this past September.

We had discussed a recording last night, but plans fan through and we decided to cancel it. The news discussions will have become outdated by the time this month’s podcast gets recorded, but the topics of discussion will most likely hold over to this month.

Fingers crossed for an October podcast!

SD Podcast: Episode 7 Highlights

Better late than never for August’s Stardust Drive Podcast and its highlights.

Although we were minus Chris (…again), that didn’t stop the remaining trio to come up with some brilliant discussion topics and continue to bring the humor and opinions throughout.

Never fear! We do provide you with 9 videos spanning all across the podcast, covering each topic at least once. I hope you enjoy!

Stardust Drive Podcast Episode #7

Fan Expo weekend has just finished here in Toronto, and we delve right into the after-thoughts from our Fan Expo adventure this year.

Minus Chris (for the second time, according to Anthony), we push forward discussing GTA V, The Dark Knight Rises, Fan Expo, Fire Emblem, graphics in gaming, as well as share some fond memories of Chris in his absence.

All of this with the backdrop of some really great asian food, courtesy of Empire Wok in Clarkson.

Hope you enjoy!

Stardust Drive Podcast Episode #6

So here we are in the brutally hot month of July, where tensions flare and opinions never die.

Chris returns this month as the fantastic four discuss topics such as Resident Evil 6′s health regeneration system, the Resident Evil 6 demo, Assassin’s Creed and Deus Ex’s film adaptations, Gears Judgement, Sonic Adventure 2, and Magic 2013. The group also answers (in their opinions) some of the strongest topics to date, including whether or not games today lack difficulty as opposed to games made decades ago, games that took the shortest amount of time to beat, and games that took a stab at our emotions.

It’s a cluster**** of madness. Its loud, its obnoxious, there’s a ton of swearing, but there’s intellect, well-thoughtout opinion-based topics and good-old-fashioned fun that you’ll only find here on the Stardust Drive Podcast.

Enjoy!

SD Podcast: Episode 5 Highlights

So as Carter was mentioning to me after watching these highlights, its funny how our longest recorded podcast eventually came out to having the least amount of highlights. Could it have been because we lacked Chris this month? Perhaps a little…

But of course, less is more with these ones, as we provide you with 6 funny videos, each ranging from various flatulent moments between the hosts, racist remarks from Anthony, and a Macho Man Randy Savage reborn, there’s something for everyone to smile at. And if you were able to sit through the entire two and a half hours, I applaud you…because I sure as hell had to in order to get these six videos for you guys. So, you’re welcome.

Stardust Drive Podcast Episode #5

With Chris unable to attend this month’s podcast, we push forward with Emily returning as a guest host to this month’s podcast.

This month we touch upon last week’s E3 conference, and discuss standout titles, hits and misses as well as personal favorites, and we discuss the concept of the live-action adaption of Shadow of the Colossus.

Personal topics include loot in videogames, the importance of forums, customization and our opinions on girl gamers.

Hope you enjoy! Also sorry about the audio quality this month. The drone noise in the background is most likely the air conditioner.

Stardust Drive Podcast Episode #4

A new month, calls for a new episode of the Stardust Drive Podcast.

I hope you all enjoyed your Victoria Day long weekend, or May 2-4 as we like to call it here in Canada.

Joining myself again are regular co-hosts Carter Kee, Chris Kuzmin, and Anthony Cusimano.

This month we discuss the Bioshock Infinite delay, as well as the Avengers, and the releases of Diablo III and Minecraft Xbox 360.

Branching off those topics, we discuss superheroes and superhero films as well as movie-licensed games, Lindsay Lohan (don’t ask me why), dreams, and talks of our very own Battleship live-action short video.

We also experience a slight technical difficulty around 50 minutes in to our podcast. You will hear a bars and tone drone noise and it will continue on in the recording. We still haven’t figured out why the recording screwed up.

But enjoy, and look forward to Episode 5 coming in June. Highlights will be up on the Youtube channel soon.
